For the last week service has been out in my area then it worked a few days then out again. They need to give people credit on there bill for lost service!!!

I am on the phone with them now because I was out of service for over a week, the rep offered me $10.00. I asked how she came up with that if my bill is about 200.00 monthly and there are 31 days in the month then thats definitely more than $10.00.
I asked her how to file a complaint and the rep didnt know. She said her supervisor wouldn't know either. Are you kidding me a supervisor does not know their job...How did they make supervisor?
I am livid. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC.
