My husband opened an account with Ntelos 3 1/2 to 4 months ago.He decided just hours after setting up the account that he didn't want the line at all, so he returned the phone.

They charged him the $35.00 restock fee which he was OK with, they told him he would receive his $200 deposit back within 2-4weeks (via mail). After 4weeks of waiting, he called the local store and they lady he spoke with said it would be 90 days.

It is now going on 4 months & he still hasn't received his deposit back.He called the local store today, and now they are saying it could take an additional 3-4 weeks to receive this deposit.
