Preferred solution: Reimburse me my purchase of new hones and lost wages while attempting to use existing phones they say are unlocked.

NTelos is dropping us, but WE'RE paying for early termination?
We have been with nTelos for years and have had an overall decent experience. A couple of years ago the retail store where we bought our phones was no longer able to do contract changes, receive payments!, or much of anything.
Sort of like doing business at a mall kiosk, but it wasn't a kiosk. Now they're leaving Tidewater but holding us hostage to our contracts unless we move to Sprint. Who wants Sprint? I can't believe they even call it early termination.
They're terminating! Not us!
One of the worst retail experiences ever. I'm considering contacting the Attorney General as someone else mentioned.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We went all the way from Inez, Ky to Ashland Ky.
Two hour drive thought everything went smoothly only to find out half way home we automatically stopped getting service and didn't pick it back up!! Got home and our phone numbers wasn't even showing on anything HE DIDNT ACTIVATE OUR SIMS CARD OR PHONE!! We called Ntelos we had to DRIVE 30 MINS! To get good enough service call them and have them activate them.
After making it clear to them how much data we wanted we just realized after getting on our account we're getting charged for 10GB 20$$. When we asked for 5GB!!
My friend has the same plan we were asking for same phones and everything and they pay 115$ a month but because they didn't listen and do their job we have to pay 150$ till we get it straightened out (if they will listen)! We had to put an extra 20$ in gas and now we're paying an extra 20$ because, they didn't do their job.

How Is This Even Legal
I have filed a complaint with the FCC and Attorney General's office. Maybe everyone else should do the same and possibly get some results.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and to Ntelo's credit they responded immediately with a resolution I agreed to. Turn in my phones with no water or physical damage and they'll waive my ETFs.
Went to one of the few remaining stores today and they have concluded that only one of the ETFs will be waived due to the fact that a "moisture indicator" on the BATTERY was partially pink. The associate agreed that this could be caused just by humidity and does not mean water damage but the person in charge of settling my account doesn't seem to care. According to him they can no longer resell the phone. When they're refurbished and resold I'm certain they use new batteries, not ones well over a year old.
They refuse to check for actual water damage.
Needless to say, another complaint has been filed. They need to stand by their original agreement.
If anyone else gets this resolution offered to you make sure to check your batteries and buy a new one!

I purchased 2 phones prior to finding out ntellos won't be operating. I'm in the same boat...searching for new phones and another carrier. I can't afford new phones.
